Cornwall 2005
The trip on the August bank holiday weekend was a great success, and included six of us visiting the AP valves factory.
Six dives were arranged from the hard-boat "Gamgey Lady" run by DiveAction. All the dives were in the 20m range with several dives on stepped bottom so the more experienced divers could go deeper. Most people stayed at the Parc an Grouse B&B which we have used before and was enjoyed by all.
One point of interest was when the diveboat caught around the prop and Ian had to dive under the boat to cut it free - the first use of his knife in nine years of diving!
As well as the diving, on the Friday afternoon, the visit included a tour of the factory floor where all the Buddy range of dive gear is assembled.
